Student Programs

1. Pre-Dental Mentorship Program

Through direct shadowing, lectures and seminars, practical workshops, and school tours, KADA seeks to elevate aspiring dental professionals to its ranks. The multi-week summer mentorship program has been produced by KADA since 2010, and has supported dozens of young Korean Americans from the greater Los Angeles area to achieve their goals of becoming dentists. After completion of their dental studies, former participants will hopefully return to KADA as active members and contribute to our profession.

2. Scholarship Program

Our Student Scholarship Program is designed to support and encourage outstanding students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance and a strong commitment to their communities. This program provides financial assistance to help cover tuition, books, and other educational expenses. Applicants are evaluated based on academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, and personal essays.

3. University Liaisons

Our University Liaisons Program fosters strong partnerships between our organization and leading academic institutions. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry, providing students and faculty with valuable resources, networking opportunities, and collaborative projects. University liaisons act as key contacts, facilitating communication, organizing events, and promoting joint research efforts.

Student Chapters

Student members represent KADA from UCLA, USC, Loma Linda University, Tufts, and several other universities.
